1. Who we are
GX Tech Solutions LLC (the “Studio”) is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with this website (gxara.dev) and our products. You can reach us at hello@gxara.dev for any privacy-related question.
2. What we collect
We collect a small, deliberate set of data:
- Account data — email and (optionally) name when you create an account on a product site.
- Billing data — handled by Paddle as merchant of record. We receive billing metadata (subscription status, country, last 4 digits of card) but never full card numbers.
- Product data — content you create or upload while using our products. Stored to operate the service.
- Site analytics — basic, aggregated traffic data via Google Analytics (page views, referrers, country). No cross-site profiles built.
- Support correspondence — emails you send to hello@gxara.dev, retained for as long as needed to help.
3. Why we use it
We process personal data to (a) operate and secure our products, (b) bill and support paying customers, (c) understand product usage in aggregate, and (d) communicate with you about your account or important service changes. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for ad-targeting outside our own products.
4. Sharing
We share data only with the processors needed to run the business: Paddle (payments and merchant of record), our cloud hosting provider, transactional-email provider, and Google Analytics. Each is bound by appropriate data-processing terms.
5. Data flow between sites
gxara.dev is the studio site and does not host product accounts; it sets only the analytics cookie. Account data lives on the individual product sites (nodeland.io, socialtelescope.com) and is not aggregated back into gxara.dev.
6. Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward (typically 12 months) for financial and legal record-keeping. Aggregated analytics are retained as configured in Google Analytics. Support emails are kept for up to 36 months.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@gxara.dev. We respond within 30 days.
8. International transfers
We operate from Brazil and use processors that may store data in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards for international transfers.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
