The short version
If you're not happy with NodeLand or SocialTelescope within 14 days of your initial purchase, write to hello@gxara.dev and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no “why are you leaving” survey, no friction.
How to request a refund
Email hello@gxara.dev with:
- The email address used at checkout, or your Paddle order ID;
- The product (NodeLand or SocialTelescope);
- Optionally, a one-line note about what didn't work — only if you feel like sharing. It helps us improve, but it is not required.
What qualifies
The 14-day window applies to your initial purchase of a subscription. After 14 days, subscriptions can still be cancelled at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
Renewals
We do not automatically refund subscription renewals after the initial 14-day window, but if you forgot to cancel and notice within a few days of the renewal charge, write to us — we generally make it right. Mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction applies in addition to this policy.
Processing
Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. They typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
